Nearly 95% of the projects completed by BCS Design, inc. have
been Design/Build. This method of project delivery offers the
ability to have one contract with one design/builder. Because
the Architect, Engineers and General Contractor are on the "same
team" in a design/build environment, design/build offers
many advantages to the owner including price and schedule control
early in the design process. |
