BCS Design, Inc., was hired to remodel a Fritz Co Grille location in the Kansas / Missouri area.
A 26 unit Townhome community in Lenexa, Kansas. Each townhome is 3 stories with 3 bedrooms and a 2 car garage.
The project involved the remodel and expansion of an existing 23,000 sqft grocery store and a vacant 8,500 sqft tenant space. The expansion scope included the demolition of an existing demising C.M.U. wall and lowering the existing vacant tenant space floor approximately 4′ to prep the space for a new produce, deli, bakery, and sales area.
BCS Design, Inc. acted as Owner’s Representative for this project.
The third floor (shown) has 16,000 square feet of offices and conference spaces. The design has converted what was a very introverted layout into a very open floor plan bringing natural daylight into every space while maintaining office privacy and accomplishing the client’s sustainable goals.
The project involved the remodel of a 50,000 s.f. grocery store. It was completed under budget and on schedule.
The much-anticipated addition to Grandview Senior High School relieves crowded classroom conditions within the existing facility and allows for expansion of some very popular educational programs offered by the District.
This 24,000 square foot building was designed and built specifically to be the home of Mercury Gymnastics.
